Coffee Shop Manager - West End
We are looking to recruit a Coffee Shop Manager to cover the entire day to day management of our West End shop, and be the face of Tantrum Doughnuts for our loyal and growing customer base. Working alongside the owners and a close-knit team of staff you will ensure the smooth running of the shop needed to delight our customers.
As a successful General Manager you will be a natural leader who has a proactive, can-do approach. You will recruit & develop your team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
At least 2 years minimum experience in a managerial role from a hospitality background.
A passion for food and specialty coffee, with good and up to date knowledge of current food trends and ingredients.
Drafting rotas, manage staff hours in real time, control ordering/stock levels and inventory.
A positive attitude and attention to detail is a must.
Salary starting at £24,000 p/a.
