Night Baker  - Full Time 

Tantrum Doughnuts is expanding our operation this Summer and increasing our supply of handmade fresh daily doughnuts to our local shops and wholesale customers.

Tantrum Doughnuts is an award-winning, independent doughnut shop with two centrally located Glasgow shops. Everything in our bakery is handmade, from our signature brioche dough to our glazes, jams, custards and toppings. We focus on using fresh, seasonal ingredients as well as working with local producers.

Kitchen shifts start at 4 am and finish around 11am, we’ll need someone who’s punctual and reliable. Please don't apply for this job if you cannot work these shifts. We are a small friendly team with good staff retention and are looking for the right person to train and grow with us as we have some exciting projects coming up!

The role includes frying, glazing and rolling of doughnuts. Experience within a bakery, kitchen or other fresh produce environment is desirable, however full training is provided.

A positive attitude and checkable references are essential. You’ll need to be a team player who can work with speed, while consistently maintaining a high standard of work.

Available for five shifts a week including weekends.
