Supervisor – Full time (Gordon Street)

Tantrum Doughnuts launched in 2015 popping up at local markets and event spaces, we have since then been obsessed with making the best doughnuts we can for the people of Glasgow (and further afield!) Fast forward to 2020 we now have two shops in great locations and a bakery with a dedicated doughnut making team.


Just like the amazing and dynamic ingredients we use to make our brioche doughnuts, our front of house team are a direct reflection of our product and values.


We are currently looking for a supervisor to join our small but experienced team at our Gordon street shop. As a supervisor you will be a natural leader who has a proactive, can-do approach and takes pride in their place of work. Working alongside the General Manager and owners you will ensure the smooth running of the shop needed to delight our customers.


You will be responsible for maintaining service standards, keeping the shop well presented, ensuring stock levels are maintained and helping with staff training. 


You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.


Our Ideal Candidate has: 


At least one year minimum experience in a supervisor role from a hospitality background.

Coffee making experience desirable however full training is provided. 

A passion for food and specialty coffee, with good and up to date knowledge of current food trends and ingredients. 

Flexibility- working 35-40 hours over 4 shifts over a 7 day week.

Available to work the opening hours, bank holidays and weekends. 

High energy levels with a cheerful attitude and the ability to work under pressure.

A keen interest in keeping skills and knowledge up to date.
